Use of photos delivered to clients, including print and sharing rights, is covered by the session agreement each client signs, not by these site terms.
Sending an inquiry doesn’t reserve a date. A session is only booked once a signed agreement and [retainer] are received. Prices on the site may change at any time until a session is booked.
This site links to places like Instagram. I’m not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
I do my best to keep everything here accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for damages that come from using the site.

Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what information this site collects, how it’s used and the choices you have.
When you send an inquiry, I collect what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, session details and anything you tell me about your family. The site may also collect basic, anonymous usage data, like pages visited and device type, through [analytics provider, if any].
Only to reply to your inquiry, plan and deliver your session, send gallery and booking updates, and improve the site. I never sell your information.
Only the trusted services that help me run my business, such as my [email provider, booking tool and gallery platform], and only as needed to serve you. I may also share information if the law requires it.
I keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for your session and my business records, then delete it.

I want everyone to be able to enjoy this site and book a session with ease, including people who use assistive technology.
This site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA in mind. That includes readable color contrast, text descriptions for photos, keyboard-friendly navigation, clearly labeled form fields and reduced animation for anyone who prefers less motion.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. I review the site regularly and fix issues as I find them, but some content may not yet be fully accessible.
